But I'm not that good at detecting it on VP.
This is generally because I have a kind of small friendship group on here and it's a bit limited how much I'm with them bc of timezone differences, the format, real life etc. 
But if somebody is sarcastic a lot or known for sarcasm here, I do tend to assume they're sarcastic more.
