like i don't understand how ppl (irl) tell me everything is hopeless and bad and then expect me to not have a death wish. like. how do you believe that and not want to die i don't get it.

yeah i get that completely . the way i cope is lit rally by FORCING myself to hope and sometimes it works sometimes it doesnt, i feel like im getting better at being hopeful the older i get w practice lol but sometimes its hard. like very very hard the state of the world as a whole IS SOOOOOO DEPRESSING AND TERRIFYING. but u have to create hope even if u know everything is hopeless. V paradoxical n leaves me confused a lot of the time tbh
