off the top of my head

1. disney is a huge monopoly that owns a huge chunk of media (not good, bad for healthy competition in the industry, also could turn out to be potentially dangerous in regards to propaganda, etc)
2. doesn't allow much autonomy for its child companies (ridiculous amounts of bureaucracy)
3. have made a million live-action remakes which are just a blatant indication of corporate greed
4. stupidly strict copyright policies that hurt smaller and insignificant creators (also the copyright extension thingy they lobbied for)
5. dominating the industry with CGI animation -> smaller companies can't thrive with classic 2D animation style (at least in the west)
6. bad working conditions in their factories etc

@Vodyanoy

Do you have any positives lol.

When it comes to the live action movies they are doing them to them apply to the next generation of kids. Like my 2 year old brother doesn't like the cartoon version of Aladdin but he loves the live action (seen it like 5 million times since it got released on sky and disney+).

But everyone who is part of any brand has copyright because that's what makes them noticeably for example Vans was suing Primark for copyright over a pair of cheaper shoes which looked like the classic old school vans.

When you think about disney they are just using what they know and people love. Probably also why they are doing more live action because people complain about all the animation. So they can't win either way haha. Not to mention that they probably dominate the cgi animation industry more due to the fact that Walt disney was the first person to use any form of animation in his films, there for the Walt Disney Studios made history back in 1928 when they released Steamboat Willie. Then 9 year's later with the world's first feature length animation film in 1937 with Snow white and the seven dwarfs.

 You put etc after factories is there any other places within Disney that have bad working conditions? In my eyes all factories for companies around the world do and should be making them safer and paying there employees more xx
