it got easier to take initiative once i knew more what i was supposed to do n what they all liked to do etc n idk if i have social anxiety or what but its gotten easier so i think its definitely possible to work in this kinda job once uve gotten better u know (i dont mean u u just like ppl with those issues). but idk lol. i felt like poop for weeks i almost quit my job several times at the start but it gets easier lmao, this sounds like a motivational speech lol 

thank you! i was there for weeks but i just got a bit depressed there too because i mean they were old and had dementia and all and people died like flies lol so yeah but i know it might get better with time

two ppl have died here already its rly sad but especially one of them had been like only suffering for a long time in the end : ( so it was probably a relief for him. but like my heart hurts every time they talk abt them n when i talk to the relatives etc.
