he looked healthier but l still say he should have taken some supplements or diverse his diet from raw fruit and food diet because there is so much more to veganism 

but he uses this as reasoning from him being overweight he literally said in his videos that he was nutritionally starving when he was vegan and he thinks it is better to overly get your nutrient referencing to his fast-food diet, so, he kind of jumped to one side to another site

this is just a theory but because his vegan diet lacking diversity, he might have been slightly malnourished which could have to lead him to start to overeat because l do this
