that's kinda normal though, everyone has both
(can't follow a tune either, but that never stopped me from singing in my room, when I'm bored)
idk how anyone can sing with their chest idk maybe being loud just makes me instinctually uncomfortable to keep it up for a verse let alone a whole ass song how do ppl even change between them without sounding like garbage
training you start with the low notes on your sternum and then the sound kind of wanders upwards and at a certain point of the "higher" notes you have to switch into your head voice (which is really more like the upper part of your throat) how far you can go on either side depends a bit on your range and training
