but if your "depression" can be solved simply by taking care of yourself and having self discipline is it really depression in the first place... that needs medication and therapy and such..........
if you were "depressed" back in the days, you just had to get your shit together. now the first thing you do it run to the pharmacy....... time has changed ..
People have different way to get over a depression, that dosen't make it less depression than those who need therapy
