i guess the best tips I have is to become aware of what you're thinking, why exactly, that you can't change outcomes anyway, and all of that. be more conscious of why you're thinking and why and how it makes you feel and find something you can try - like counter-arguments to repeat to yourself - that might help over time. and figure what's your own truth. if you know what you want, how you perceive yourself and you're solid in that (even if you want to change towards better or different -- and know you still have places to go and that you, beyond all, isn't perfect like any of us) it's easier to not be as affected by the idea of what other people maybe think about you. maybe look into intrusive thoughts as well? Like, even if it isn't that per se the tools people use to deal with it can be beneficial to you.funny thing is ive been the most active student in the class when it comes to speaking and im defnitively the loudest person, but whenever i have to talk to a person im like fuck theyre judging me right now and they think im wasting their time, or maybe im just being paranoid, but what if im not being paranoid.
