- overall sleep hygiene
- blue light blocking glasses, filters, lights etc

i have had on and off issues with insomnia. personally STRICT sleep hygiene & following a routine works best for me. i still have bad nights, but most nights i get 6 - 7 hours of sleep, rather than my usual 1 hour.
