Depends on the person. Orthodox and Haredim might, though orthodox Jews are a bit more flexible than Haredim, thought they will consider you Jewish if you convert. Conservative and reform are pretty chill with pretty much everything (a bit too chill sometimes but eh) so if you practise they'll probably consider you Jewish and if not they might still consider you ethnically Jewish. As for secular Jews, we don't give a shit, for the most part. As long as you hold a Jewish identity, you're Jewish.
