nooooooo, as soon as it heals, it will go away
I mean, if you cut yourself while cooking, that scar will itch for a few days and all
just that seeing how many people go to the toilet at least every second day, you have more "action" and movement to the healing skin when you have a damaged butthole, so it will take longer to heal
it's also one of those areas that tend to be "slightly moist" (which bad phrasing, but you have sweat and I mean, the insides of your bowels is a mucous skin, so it's not as dry as the skin on your arms) so it will heal a bit slower
it's why it's important if you have a slight injury there, to keep the area as dry as possible, as to not add further friction and rash potential (the reason babies have bum powder)
also, if you ever see that you bleed after going to the loo and it was painfull: go see a specialist, no matter how vulnerable you might feel. like having your itchy butthole heal for 4 weeks already is bad enough, you don't want to make it worse by managing to use the wrong cream or treatment that you chose yourself and then get an infection there.
(in case anyone is wondering, I had issues with constipation for some time and ripped my asshole twice over the course of 3 years, so yeah, I know what I'm talking about itching healing pain)

also, the movement of your muscles basically are the same for gas or solid matter
and that's the "gaping"
it will actually open up way more the bigger the matter is (which is why you should pay attention to eat and drink in a way that your stool won't clump up too big and solid in your bowels, or you could lightly rupture the skin on your bumhole and then you have an open wound which is open for infection - and will itch like hell when healing over)
as for you guy liking it: maybe that's something to discuss with him and not us? like, if you don't mind, do it again, if he asks for it?? I don't really know how far you want any of us to comment on that part
