sounds a lot like my symptoms tbh, I got diagnosed like 2 months ago, and is having trouble coming to terms with it.
i don't hear a lot, but omg do I feel spiders on me all the damn time
oh i can relate! i got diagnosed a 1-2? years ago and was on all kinds of different meds, until we figured out that hey, i can handle it, as long as i remain stress?free and like avoids anxiety inducing situations, otherwise i start to think slenderman (i kno it's weird) is stalking me or that someone is looking at me through my windows or that my mom is spying on me or that everyone can hear my thoughts/can see into me.

honestly it does get better, sometimes it's abt finding the right med combos, other times it's finding out what triggers it.
im still trying to get the meds right, and it really sucks. I also feel like people spy on me (especially my boyfriend) and the one about everyone hearing your thoughts, hits home like no other.
still trying to learn and educate myself about it, and god its complicated
yeah
i have the "mild" form of schizo, but it's still so impactful. honestly the more you figure out abt your illness, what you can do to alleviate the symptoms and handle it within your limitations, it gets much much easier. also having a great support network is key.

I have schizoaffective! If bipolar and schizophrenia had a baby, it would be schizoaffective. Instead of experiencing mania I experience deep depression. I hear voices and see things and can also have delusions. Sometimes I have psychotic episodes and other times things are so bad I need to stay in the hospital.

Shizoaffective is when you experience hallucinations on a normally bases with or without the depression part!
