same, im more of a night person, and when i finished school etc my sleep schedule is p much fkd up. How about you?

idk, i like to fall asleep around midnight, but depression is making it hard these days, so guess im a night person now.

hope you got people to talk about issues etc. Btw you can get melatonin which can help the sleep hormone to kick in if you have a bit to spare. It helps me the days I absolutely need to get up earlier/sleep at normal time.

i do, luckily. i do have some melatonin and i have sleeping pills, but i wanted to sleep without using them, and i feel like if i take some now, i will feel dead.
