hope you got people to talk about issues etc. Btw you can get melatonin which can help the sleep hormone to kick in if you have a bit to spare. It helps me the days I absolutely need to get up earlier/sleep at normal time.Â
i do, luckily. i do have some melatonin and i have sleeping pills, but i wanted to sleep without using them, and i feel like if i take some now, i will feel dead.
