They literally have a plane with countless passangers n staff n stuff ,theres always paper n a pen

yes, that doesn't explain why none of the 320 people remember where they left the plane, an emergency landing doesn't make a plane just randomly disappear, and people have to leave the plane. commercial airlines doesn't really offer anything but life vests, so they couldn't have jumped out of the plane - and had they jumped not all 320 would survive, and there would also have been a significant number of injuries with various degrees of seriousness to mend.
