it was like the one question i hade to say i dont know to. But i said it like "oh i dont know im the type of person who likes discussing things with people so im always open to looking at things from both sides so it's a bit hard to think of something like that on the spot for me"

i literally have no clue what they wanted to assess with that one.

likee to some degree i can understand it in career jobs, like if you have a solid employement and you move somewhere else that's a valid question but it's like... asking this for a part time position where the work agreement basically says ur disposable is high key garbo. it's like bro i need cash, bro i need something to put on my cv so i can work more than part time later, bro my cat needs to be fed please don't make me lie and tell u that it would be an amazing learning experience
