I'm beyond pissed that economic people are like "students in Norway spend on average 11k NOK per month" and I'm like mate!!!!!!!!
It is actually 100% unacceptable that people NEED to have a part-time job to afford studying. It will result in a class difference with people of more limited backgrounds can't afford it as their parents can't help them. Also, studying is supposed to be a full-time job. No sane person has the audacity to tell an adult working e.g. as a nurse to get a part-time job if their job doesn't provide enough money.
had i not worked for 2 yrs before uni saving up 140k i dont know what id do
i wouldnt be living in oslo for long thats for sure, id prolly have to move back home
for context i moved out w 140k in my savings account, theres currently 70k there after a year and a half WITH FULT LÅN AND STIPEND
It's unacceptable. It really is. And now the prices on food is skyrocketing, the increase in the studielån is about the same as rent increases every year so you end up affording less and less food
I should really aim for that B avg so I can try to get those 100k nok in extra scholarship from UiT
guess its time to start growing my own food.... u_u < / 3
and also time for bed, i have WoRk in a few hour s HA AH AhA
