Before covid I did a different job almost every day, I did lots of contracted work (basically I was paid by the job not the hour). I did community outreach for a local music series, worked doors at events, spent a few days a week selling at an art gallery, and was a contracted teaching artist (supposed to teach in jail, but the jails shut down my first day) - poof, all gone.

I worked in a distillery the past few months but they laid me off once i made that job easy enough for someone to do on lower pay lol

oh man dude good luck i stayed in one once (a fairly good one luckily) & the ppl who work in inpatient care just don't gaf about ppl in there it sux & i've heard a lotta horror stories about the worse places. tho i think under 18 inpatient facilities tend to be worse than adults ??? the place i went to was pretty chill aside from a worker. nurse. whoever he was asking me a ton of inappropriate sexual questions bc i said i was bi & no one rly understanding mental health lmao
i used to have an internship at the psych ward when i was in college and it was nice, actually
i mean i've heard horror stories too, but at this specific hospital everything was pretty good
i didn't see this til just now but that's good it's hard to find a good place !!! actually good nurses r hard to come by so ur doing a good thing 😔
well i'm swedish and things might be different in america
for example we don't keep people inpatient for long... we had one that had been there for six months and that was like the record
i'd say 95% came and went within ten days

We also make salads, smoothies, meals and stuff. It’s a nice job for now (I’m a student so it’s a parti-time job)
