and he got DAMN moody if I was off for a few days if I was at my moms place or with my friends, like if I didn't answer in an hour he'd be mad
and then he didn't want me to do my job
if he was like that over the phone I would imagine it would be worse in person, I know it’s hard but u dodged a bullet!! u deserve someone who is accepting of ur job and u also deserve space!!!!!! hang in there u made the right choice <3

U just gotta remember the red flags he have given u, from what u said he sounds rather controlling. There is a chance as u get closer and maybe get to know u "irl" he will get more and more posesive, since he will have more and more to lose.
I think u should make up with yourself, if u would be able to say no one more time if he keeps on being controlling of your works and where you are (the mom/time situation)
