not diagnosed no, they continue to suspect it but no diagnosis 
sometimes the pain ceases and it burns instead, now it's back to pain

Thanks I have been trying for 5 years with no luck, they never figure out what's wrong. Currently my liver is failing.

Thanks I have been trying for 5 years with no luck, they never figure out what's wrong. Currently my liver is failing. 

A pain clinic then. You have been trying for 5 years. Go explaining you don't care what they try. Surgery, meds, injections, anything is better then your current state of living. 

They will put you through the ringer for sure especially how young you may or may not be. 
They did and continue to do so to my mother and my sister who both have pain medication now and better lives. You have to be willing to try anything, they will want to try anything but pain medicine off the bat. Be honest, you can't ask for meds off the bat. Ask for ANYTHING that can be done, anything at all.
