Requesting pronouns you're not assigned @ birth is probably a sign a person isnt cis I think. Tho I imagine there are some people with fixed pronouns who dont mind if they're ocassionally switched depending on the context 

Like butches who don't mind being seen as sir in certain contexts or w/e (like not correcting wait staff who call them sir or w/e)

Idk if that makes sense
