I just looked in the mirror, saw them really bloody and just said that I need to stop doing it, I don't really know + this is what help my lips to heal  they all good but I love the raspberry one

It's actually pretty good for moisturizing the lips and it doesn't' taste good so you won't wanna be biting at it
