sharpay deffo the best character in high school musical, it never made sense why she had the villian kind of status 
lmao i watched a whole youtube video on why she's actually the good person of the series. i always felt so bad that i loved her sm (it was a kinda do i wanna be her or am i in love with her situation), but watching that really made me realize that she's actually not a bad person, like THE THINGS she did for troy, where gabriella literally made him feel bad, about what opportunities he got and therefore stood in the way of it and even tried to ruin it for him, if i remember something correct? she wasn't the only one to do these things 
so honestly same
