i've never done any type of therapy. i've been on a waiting list for dbt and another time for talk therapy but they scratched me off of it both times because i was waiting for so long that i had already moved away both times
I've heard therapy is a great support, I hope you get what you need and hopefully you'll be able to get theraphy as I know it's hard to get
