I like snus more nowadays but cigs r good too, but I could never regularly smoke I think so idk. So little nicotine too

or someone did the water method and just drank water whenever they had the urge to smoke, said it helped with the added oral fixation
i wouldn't call cigarettes self harm at least not in the way when you do something with the intent to hurt yourself

yeah idk if that's stupid or not, but i always have cigs with me. for some reason if i have that option it's less likely that i even feel like smoking?
