i do understand that completely, i am like that when i am living with people that i like, even love but i get in my own head too much and thats usually why i feel that way. its nice knowing someone is around in case you may need assistance but generally can do everything on our own anywaysi cant relax unless im alone. its the reason why i only eat after everyone else is asleep and i usually stay up at night. i just cant make food or hang out in the living room if people are home/awake without feeling guilty
