I almost only use felt tip and i've never had this issue???? What brand did you get?
whatever my friend recommends me, it's only recently i started wearing eyeliner, but i asked her about it and she said yeah i also just switched to liquid instead. but loreals perfect slim or smth

I'd recommend maybelines hyper-precise liner!! I use that like every day both for my brows and my eyeliner
nice, maybe i should try that, thank you!
but also thinking of a liquid one

Put the whole tube on hot water so it "melts", or you could also use that liquid for contact lenses? If you have, just some drops into the eyeliner and that's it
but like there won't get water in the cap right.. that's the only reason why i havent done it
Not if it's closed correctly, you can also roll it with the palms of your hands for it to warm a little and be more usable but idk If it works

I don't rlly like liquid ones anymore, I feel like they're a bit too runny. I use gel/pot or a felttip.

sadly it can still dry out no matter how much ink should be left
but there should still be a lot of ink inside of it right?
yes if you can find a way to wet it again

liquid eyeliner has a shelf of 2-3 months so it's pretty common for it to dry out by now if you bought it around christmas unfortunately :/

sometimes i can extend the life of mine by saturating the felt tip with just a little bit of water, shaking it, and letting it sit for a little bit to re-saturate with ink? but doesn't always work
but.. i havent used it barely
but it will start to dry out once u open it :/ what eyeliner is it?
