I mean yeah i kinda understand that u mean “triggers” as in things that trigger a certain feeling like uneasiness etc but im just so used to the meaning/definition of triggers in things related to trauma and ptsd cuz thats where ive learned about triggers from (in trauma therapy) so whenever i hear or see the word trigger i just assume ppl are talking about ptsd/trauma triggers like things that trigger flashbacks

ps ths is just uncomfy, i really get panic attacs :) it were the first thing where i got allergy when i were 4 or something an it hurted so bad for days and noeone noticed it were allergy and i were tramatized and those trigger me vey much
