I'm unsure if she has stolen money before but she has a history of problem gambling and manipulating people into giving her money .

I already reported her to the adult protection services, which is a state wide american program. They provide services for the elderly and vulnerable adults (i.e. anyone over 18 with mental, physical or cognitive disabilities) who have been abused and/or exploited. An investigation is being filed but the intake manager recommended I file a police report. Unsure if I will.

My mom is cutting her off. Unfortunately I moved in with my gran to go back to school (lol I dropped out) but I'm apartment hunting and recently got a car so I hope to move out soon. I will be asking my therapist for ex communication advice when I have the means.

She pressured me into giving her money when I was only 19. My mom was told by her therapist she could press charges but she didnt, so I definitely have the grounds to do it.

Unfortunately there arent a lot of apartments rn but hoping they pop up. I gotta free myself from this lunatic
