yes if you pay topskat, you have to pay topskat if you earn over a certain amount + am bidrag. people earning under that is 37% + am-bidrag which is 8%. but i think it's actually a lot of people that pay topskat, and probably why googles says it

According to google searches, the average income is around 43k and topskat starts at 45k a month, so that might be about right
