Like all that happened here is Lindsay didnt respond well to a misunderstanding, people lost their shit, so she took control and distanced herself from Twitter. I agree that ppl went too far and that this shit happens a lot. Its dumb.

I guess its just a semantics thing for me tho cuz people being hypersensitive and causing needless drama is just not the same as having your livelihood destroyed cuz of your economic status or identity. Both things suck but... they're different things lol. I agree ppl dont make a distinction... my point is there ought to be.

There's something about the way cancel culture is framed in popular culture that feels so privileged to me I guess 

But there is also something about the internet that just breeds the stupidest of drama as well lmfao, and ppl on the left arent above it
