i used to be in a long-distance relationship for 3 years and sometimes we didnt see each other because of birthdays and new games he wanted to play and i was okay with that? it brings him joy, i would be bored when im there, we will see each other at a later point and we could text and skype
so its not very "wtf" to me if someone wants to spend a couple less days with their SO bc they receive a package and want to be there 🤡

i don't Want to though th t's why i would like to have some kind of time frame so i can avoid that happening. i mean if i'm imagining myself in that situation, would i really leave just to go receive a package? probably not but that would be kind of a bummer as well, i just wanna avoid that issue altogether

If you get a txt message sayin your package is delivered (if you have ordered it already??) then you can extend the timeframe for getting it for a little bit of money (at least in norway, and its like 50 nok or something)

and if you haven't ordered it then maybe wait a few days so it'll take longer to ship out and then you'll have better time to pick it up

also it is a bit unreasonable of your bf to not give you a clear answer when this clearly is stressing you out
