i think no because fat cells don't grow back, when you gain weight the cells only like inflate
if thats the case wouldnt u be able to permanently rid ur body of fat by getting a fat removal surgery
liposuction can get rid of fat in a certain area permanently yeah but the other fat cells will compensate for that. meaning you will gain weight elsewhere. idk what would happen if you removed so many fat cells that the other ones couldn't grow big enough to compensate

yes can confirm and also anecdotal evidence being my friend who had liposuction on her stomach when she was an average weight and now i'm p sure she's obese but she still has a completely flat stomach
