the weight one i dont get as much anymore cuz its been like 3 years since i got skinny so its a tired topic now but it got annoying real quick cuz its like ppl expect me to have some huge secret to how to magically lose weight when the answer is so obvious and easy like all i did was work out 3-5 times a week and ate rly healthy meals and cut down my daily calorie intake to the recommended amount for steady weight loss like i literally did what every nutritionist/doctor/fitness trainer tells ppl to do there is no magical easy trick to it its just the basic shit
