u might sat weirdly or something, sometimes when i dont do much i get sore just because i use some muscles im not used to use. Like while working and barely do stuff but a bit lifting kids i get easily sore even though it's not heavy nor often. Idk

and lmao yes, at this point i am so used to it that i even drink the day before morning shifts lmao, i usually meet in at 16, so it's not a problem then, but today i had to meet in at 10, luckily i live close by
