Wash the burned area gently with water, apply a thick layer of vaseline, and then apply a bandage, do this every day for the next few days! Make sure that the bandage is so tight that you avoid getting bacteria in the wound, you dont want to get an infection. 

PS: I have learned this in a first aid course, several times

yeah like i always thought they required some airing at least, like nothing extensive but u r not gonna sit on that same bandaid for a week u know
