i could NEVER while still being employed tho. way too scared. would be scared afterwards as well because they're a very successful company with millions and millions and they could find their ways to fuck me over like big time

they had a big scandal a couple of years ago, after that they changed their name, like that would magically help. i know there's plenty of complaints and such about this company and how rotten it is. sadly, at my specific workplace though, my coworkers seem to brown nose the bosses every chance they get. and the bosses have purposefully created a gap between me and my coworkers, pit us against each other etc. if the workers are divided and in conflict with each other they won't come together against the boss. they know this and that's why they have done what they have done.

they claim it's because of the elderly, that it's too hard for them to pronounce their real names or that they'd have trouble rememebering it. bitch they are demented they don't remember anyone's name AND they can pronounce the names if you tell them the name lmfao? then they forget it but they forget my very easy name too so
it's 100% because of themselves, the bosses i mean. they can't pronounce it or idk don't want to pronounce it, "too hard" therefore they should be called something else

i wanna tell her soooo bad to take over my work for a while and see for herself
my other boss, the "group boss" (she's under the big boss, works with us "on the floor" but still has some management shit or whatever) has worked in the kitchen too, she says. i know she has, but not nearly in the same way i have. bc that was at a different retirement home where the nurses had to do the cooking themselves, they didn't have special staff for that, so they had to take turns cooking. the difference is, they only cooked for 10 people, so half the amount i cook for. AND since they shared the kitchen they all helped out lol. i had my internship there before i started working at this place so i know how it worked and it wasn't nearly as bad as this

i said i want study leave and she just shone up and was like "that is SOOO great! i'm so happy for you, i really think it's great with studies" etc etc and asked me a bit about it like when it starts, how long it goes on for n such. told her idk if i'm accepted yet tho so if i'm not accepted like... i don't need the study leave ofc. she just told me to tell her as soon as i know and she'll sort it out. and again she was like "so great for you, i'm really happy! not that i want to get rid of you, not at all, but for YOUR sake"

a weight as been lifted off my shoulders
also wow it was weird seeing her so positive and encouraging LMAO so out of character
