it might b tough at first but itll become a lifestyle soon if you're consistent (tho it doesnt mean u can not eat some junk food from time to time, just make sure it's not a daily thing yk)

If I wanted to make an ED blog I would simply join a forum specifically for people with eating disorders but I'm not interested in doing that. I can assure you that I don't have an ED since I didn't even notice I was gaining so much weight until I finally realized that I no longer fit into any of my jeans.as long as you lose weight in a healthy way, i think there shouldn't be a problem ? i dont get much of the comments (explain me ur reasons on why this looks like an ED blog thing.. if u want)
