Well that's just oof ouch internalised transphobia. I get it, I feel that way too, I probably wouldn't mind being referred to as they had I not felt this way. 
That's the thing though, being trans is not fun, nothing about it is, except maybe choosing your own name? But you can do that anyway, so no.  It's pretty shit but if transitioning is what will make you happier in your own skin, I don't know, might be worth it.

None of us here are competent enough to answer that question anyways. She might experience gender dysphoria or maybe she doesn't. Talking to a professional would be the most reasonable way to figure out her feelings.

True, but like, I don't think that's it, from the op. Op literally said they wanted to look like a man, that's physical dysphoria, I don't think that's often caused by internalised misogyny.
