i learnt something new today
if u go to gacha promo on most of the them there will be a green ticket thing that says 'trade for the item you want' and depending on how many times u have played the gacha u can trade it in for those items
n also if u check promo gacha,, some even have 2 promo options where u can trade in the items to get another version of it hehe

yes! they are rare pieces !! u will find a bar under the 'when u get 10 plays u get this, 20 this etc etc' 
there u can trade in doubles u've got for some pieces of rare + u can also get the rare pieces from playing gacha and reach like 40 plays in total which gives u 2 pieces
they can also be found in treasure, although quite hard to get through that (but yea, every 8th hour u get a new try)
