 it's really difficult to date any of them because they probably got developed and refined over time, but at least versions of kringle existed in the viking age, but they also had a lot of interacting with other cultures so who knows where the idea originated, and when it turned into what it is today. 

cinnamon buns seems to be a 17th hundreds invention (the cinnamon buns we know today bc sugar) - google. probably the kringle we know today too??
