i get lot of bruises to my legs, but my iron levels were just perfect 
the doctor said that some people just get bruised more easier
and i have them more during my periods
just my point is that you can get iron just fine on vegan/vegeterian diet, it all depends what you eat and if you're a woman you can have some difficulties to get enough iron anyway. fucking hormones
