i rly try to but i do muscle training and when i do certain upper body exercises, it just.... i can't not tense my neck? i'm rly trying lmfao but it seems like it's impossible... idk how. so that's why i want help with that, or tips or whatever i can get

I didn't rly have a lot of pain beforehand and now I do so like it got worse ig but if I hadn't got it at one point it would've been waaaay worse so ig I'll just live with this
