@Meep okay so i made my kimchi fried rice now n its really good
i also tasted the kimchi on its own n its good! a bit more spice than im used to but good! also not that syrlig/sur/vinegary that im used to kimchi being, flavour is more "round" i guess?

Ooooo!! then I might have to get it, I dont really like the kimchi that tastes vinegary.
