where i live, we have many like "second hand" electronic shops that sell phones, computers and jewellery as well(i know this type of stores have a name where people bring items that they don't need use or want to sell i can't remember)

they didn’t want to take any responsibility about it, they back off and said it was her own problem, and haha had to buy a brand new battery ;-; I won’t recommend them at all. 

bluecity are shit, and swappie are taking overprice for the phones.
