but i meant boba as the whole drink! tapioca pearls are way more chewy than the poppings i like, and they taste different too. the poppings in the pic are very soft and have something like very sweet water/syrup in them, and they taste like a fruit. tapioca pearls are chewy outside and inside and taste more nutty? idk i didn't like them :[
