Watching and reading how every country experiences the same: costs too much is a cruel thing to hear.
Finland has a problem: they dont even give an appointment unless you're in serious pain and teeth are rotting away.
Now elderly are suffering from fatal health problems related to oral hygiene = they cant give appointments to anyone unless its absolute emergency which leads to healthcare only being more crowded and they dont have the resources and this situation only keeps going in circles.
Teeth problems have only one rule: the earlier it gets treated the better!
however due to how things have been handled in the past it is safe to say: our teeth are doomed.
whaat, they do give appointments here for minor issues as well... the waiting times are just atrociously long
They used to give appointments even years beforehand however last time I called to book an appointment place they said: no times available. They didnt even give me a waiting time, not an appointment even a year after. None!
