😭 u would probably get a prescription for elocon tho, which is practically the same thing as the white thing but u need a prescription for it (elocon, not the white pack in the pic) its just stronger I think, but u have to pay for that anyway so if u have the money u should mby just buy the white one yes. I think its mby 50-100kr
we'll see if i end up with a different economical situation this autumn lol
Okok but if u need to buy more allergy meds before that, I think just buy the cream instead cus it stops the itchiness the same as allergy meds do yes, me saying that I had a weird thing suddenly eczema all over my body for mby 5 months now (hence the back and ear wound yes) and I got a presceiption for allergy meds n I've been taking those for months but then I ran empty like 2 weeks ago mby and I notice zero difference in itch. But cortisone has itchy hemmende middel I think idk if that makes snese
idk my plan was to follow what they said for 6 months and then go to my doctor and complain about it

Me too actually, I started getting migraines more and more often until I got one pretty much every day, and then I started taking like 450mg magnesium a day (I think 300 is the generally reccomended dosage but) and now I get them mby 2 times a month max so that is very epic lol. I don't think it helps with normal headaches, but theres smth abt it relaxing the blood vessels in ur head so u don't get migraines as easily, weird stuff but if it works it works

for me it helped to get glasses, which is weird because i also went to an eye doctor after i was at synsam and he claimed i didn't need glasses
i suspect one of the reasons is the light filter thing on the glasses tho because it makes things less white which is nice

I like that u r the one that doesn't have the money to go to the doctor etc but u go there a surprising amount, while I do have the money to go but I just don't, and I instead fine weird ass solutions to my problems that r probably not the healthiest but lmao

my mother forced me tho with the eyesight thing because when i was working on my thesis i would have to try to write things with my eyes closed because my eyes hurt so much, and sometimes i would attempt to barely keep one eye open to see what i was doing while working on it and i had headaches all the time : ) and my mother said no

Yes but usually it cures it? So u don't have to use it for more than mby a few weeks at a time, and obv use it for a while after its "cured" also otherwise it will just come back again and again very fast. I think my treatment plan is like 4-5 weeks but u would proabbly need less if its not as extreme, but I need to use it for that long so I can taper off the usage properly so u don't get a reaction or smth idk. U don't just use it forever lol, but if u do it right the first time, u will need minimal usage in the future

eczema is not curable, it just lays dormant and flares up from time to time, hydrocortisone supresses it, but you need to use hydrocortisone for a limited amount of time, usually 1-2x time a day for 1 week unless specifically told otherwise by your doctor and you're supposed to moisturize with the treatment to help your skin heal so that it is not as affected by the hydrocortisone withdrawal

so saying it cures it is wrong

Yes I just said my treatment plan (by my doctor) is 4-5 weeks cus I've usually have had so bad eczema its all fucked up. And no it doesn't cure it in the sense that I will never get eczema again in my life, but I have definately cured some spots so I don't get eczema on those places anymore, because I got properly rid of it the first time lol. I think its 4-5 weeks for me even if its gone cus it goes deeper into the skin than what u can see, so u kind of have to heal it all the way down, idk how it works but thats how the doc explained it at least. But yeah I've had extremely bad eczema on certain spots on my body that I haven't had flare ups on in 5+ years so I probably won't get anything there again, but I still get some other places on my body sometimes, but if I start using cream quick its resolved in like a week instead of the 4-5 weeks yeha
