Same w bodies I have noticed lol, big/skinny women r praised online in some circles (at least bigger women) but men r fat ugly pigs or scrawny sticks 😭

Yes! and it is super annoying. My sister the other day mentioned she doesnt look as good these days bc she's gained over 20 kgs and is now overweight. Our mom and her bf tried to push the idea that it wasn't true but it is. Me and my sis sat and explained to them that admitting that is okay.
I don't think u have to agre ewith them that they look worse cus they have gained weight or that they r ugly for different reasons, but not just going on "defense" mode like "no ur not fat ur pretty (..??" Or stuff like that

y e s. I've met ppl like that, true unicorns. Just averge ppl but the way they present themselves and their confidence really is what makes them so damn attractive.

yes i feel like most people just look like... humans... not necessarily attractive or anything, but however they carry and present themselves helps a lot mhm. although obviously there are others out there who legitimately have beautiful features and bodies and they wouldn't need confidence or presentation, i assume most people just wanna be like this yes

Truly, yeah.
I, myself am curvy / chubby and I struggle with my self-image A LOT. When I tell people I don't like the way I look, I don't want compliments or reassurance, I just need to let it out because it's a lot to deal with those thoughts alone.

Ah me and my sister are brutally honest with eachother, never called her ugly (bc she really isnt quite the opposite) but I admitted she doesnt look as good as before. I think it's easier for me and her though to admit that to eachother and expect that from one another. Tbh I'm worse than her and she is honest about it to me too. It's something we've agreed on with eachother and that she's asked for. 

edit: but yes no defense mode lol

yeah same, I used to rant to my bf now and then whenever I needed it and told him the same thing. I dont need him to compliment me or deny what I'm saying. Just listen really. I am the biggest I've ever been rn but I've been chubby since I was 16 but my self image is better, tho only bc I worked on my mental A LOT and even then it doesnt always help. All I do now is actually eat healthy and workout, not consistent yet but it's something.
