idk what those are tbh but i don't think so because when i talk about it the doctors are just like what that's weird

it's like.. it randomly appears when it feels like it but then it stops almost as sudden, but sometimes it lasts like 4 hours and sometimes days but often only 40 minutes or so 
could be rosacea tho, thats often what mine is like, but I guess its hard to diagnose if u arent red or having symptoms exactly at ur doctors appointment. but yeah can look like acne

yeah but I think fr too many of the symptoms match up hello  Ive also gradually gotten more and more stupid and memory loss every second very bad

could b the first one couldnt it, thats how mine started and then it got kind of more localized and I got the second type also now

rosacea in the first step (well, more like pre-rosacea) is just a blush, the ruptured blood vessels come later
but honestly, from what you're telling, this exactly sounds like rosacea
is your acne really spots that over time get those  little white domes and them disappear or is it more like a bit bigger cysts under your skin, that just go big and then go small again but don't actually have a lot of pus in them? because rosacea can cause something that often gets misdiagnosed as acne and can actually go over parts of your body as well
I also don't know how much it's true, but I feel like most people with rosacea also have general allergies (I mean, rosacea is kind of an allergy, since most people get it from reactions to the mites on our skin), so if that also matches you, maybe get a second reference from another doctor?

mine was a bitch too, because I have second stage rosacea. I have visibly ruptured blood vessels all over my cheeks, around my eyes, on my jaw and even starting to get some around the decolleté. my biggest issue was not the look but that it really hurt, my whole face felt raw and itchy and nothing helped. plus there was always this burning sensation. so my doctor told me to be less vain because that was apparently causing my dissatisfaction with my skin

anyways, even if it is acne, there are soooo many reasons for acne out there, and all of them require different treatments, so it is a bit of a testing what works. plus, all the different skin conditions that cause bumps and infections that aren't actually acne but get diagnosed as such throw in a wrench as well a lot of the time
