what happened to innocent until proven guilty and not basing your judgement off of gender. America is weird.

murdering children at school for example is a uniquely american problem. not respecting domestic violence victims is a worldwide problem. and america is better than about half the world on this one. in some places its still legal to abuse your female partner.

Idk this case had nothing to do with gender and if any judge thinks so i dont think they understand their job that well, maybe it's not specifically american, but i've not seen anyone in my country say this will affect abuse victims. Why we still pretending only men can be abusers?
